1. Information We Do Not Collect
Catalogue Studio does not collect, transmit, store, or monitor your personal photos, product titles, pricing details, discount tags, brand kits, or generated PDF catalogues. We operate no backend servers, user databases, or cloud sync services for your content.
2. How Your Photos Are Processed
When you import product images, the app copies them into private, isolated app storage allocated by the Android operating system. When you apply watermarks or export catalogues, all rendering operations use native Android graphics engines (Bitmap, Canvas, and PdfDocument) on your CPU/GPU. Originals in your device gallery are never modified.
3. No Advertising & No Third-Party Tracking
Catalogue Studio is completely free and ad-free. The current release contains no advertising networks, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking or telemetry analytics.
- 100% On-Device: Your photos, watermarks, product names, prices, and catalogues remain strictly on your local device.
- No Data Shared: No personal or commercial data is ever transmitted to third-party ad networks or analytics services.
4. Storage Permissions & Photo Picker
On Android 13 and above, Catalogue Studio utilizes the official system Photo Picker. The app does not request broad storage permissions (such as READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). Only the images you select in the system picker are accessible to the app.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You have full control over your data:
- You can delete any product image or watermarked photo from within the app at any time.
- Uninstalling Catalogue Studio from your Android device immediately deletes all app-private storage, including imported thumbnails, rendered watermarks, and export history.
